Galactic Ambassadors Electric Forest 2024
Electric Forest asked us to create an opulent fairytale stilt activation for their immersive troupes that wander the forest. We decided to go with a futuristic medieval royalty theme in iridescent golds for the costumes, The Galactic Ambassadors of Creative Brilliance!
PROCESS
The hand-carved EVA Foam Headpieces and armor with antique detailing was particularly satisfying to create! For the Stilt Gowns, we layered multiple translucent fabrics to give it depth, with a gold leather trim.
RESULT
Our Wandering Activation was an interactive Ritual and Chant involving small groups of festival-goers: "Ignite.. The Spark.. of Creative.. Brilliance!" with a corresponding hand movement. Our mission was inspiration and delight and its safe to say we succeeded splendidly!
